A nice room with a wooden floor is located on the first floor. This room is furnished and we are talking about: a single bed, a rack with bedside table and office chair. The spacious shared bathroom with toilet, which is also located on the first floor, is equipped with a bath/rain shower, double sink including a spacious bathroom furniture. * The house offers daily freshly prepared meals that you can use without obligation (you can consume these in the common areas or take them with you as take-out). The cost price is €4.50 per meal and can be used between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. 7 days a week. The house has a cozy shared covered, heated terrace and an open air terrace (smoking is allowed here, NOT in the house/room, as well as burning candles). The accommodation is located a 2-minute walk from Berchem station in a very pleasant residential street, within a circumference of a few 100 meters all desired shops are available. You also have the advantage that there is a lot of catering, cozy restaurants, cafes, terraces (eg Draakplaats, Dageraadplaats). Of course it goes without saying since this location is located around the corner from the Berchem station with associated Central bus and tram stations, the direct connection is excellent. House rules: - Smoking and burning candles in the room Not allowed. - Pets not allowed. - You are expected to maintain the bathroom and your room on a regular basis,   as well as to leave the common area tidy. - Dishwasher - service: please deposit in the kitchen daily and before 12 noon. - Washing and drying clothes (max. 5kg) is included in the service cost, every Tuesday   (for large quantities there is a launderette 400m from the accommodation). - Within the agreement it is not allowed to organize slumber parties or the like. - 1 front door keys are handed over to everyone in this house, against which there is a deposit of € 35, in case of loss. - A deposit of €11 is required for the room door key. - No presence of drugs or their use within this accommodation.
