The room is 17.5m² (room + seperate shower) and is furnished with a bed, including mattrass, pillow and textile; a desk and chair, lighting, a cupboard and several shelves. Your own shower is two steps away opposite the room, the toilet is to be shared with your next door neighbour. The building was renovated in 2015, there are some 15 rooms with a kitchen to share. The atmosphere in the building is always very student-like, we organise a number of small events so you can get to know each other but there is also always someone around to make sure nothing extravagant happens in the building and that common areas are kept clean (by the housekeeper). The building is located at het Zuid in Antwerp, the city centre is easily accessible by bike or bus (which stops right in front of the building). Next to the building is a sandwichbar but also some nice little café's are right in the vicinity of the building. Park Spoor Noord is just some 500 m away. The building also has a little outside place and a place where you can store a bike. The room is let on the basis of a 12-month contract. Price is € 365 per month which also covers costs of insurance, internetconnection (in the room), costs for cleaning. An additionele 40 euro per month as an afvangen for electricity (based an electricity metre) and water (based on water metre). We use a contract of Gate15, so that in case of any problems they can be go-between. When interested please mail for an on-site visit.
