A quiet private studio in Leuven

A little student apartment to study, work, and spend rainy evenings in Leuven. A well-lit room (big windows, bright lights), a little but well-equipped kitchen (stovetop, microwave, fridge), and a bathroom. It's 21m2, but the amount of storage is considerable - we've put shelves everywhere - and there are drawers under the bed too! The apartment is inside the Leuven ring, walkable distance to the city center and to UZ Leuven in case you are a medical student. A print center is just across the street in case you need to reproduce study materials or print your thesis. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Botanical garden is just around the corner! A bus stop is 2 minutes walk - in case you come home late and don't want to walk. In short, it's fully private and it's close to everything. Looks great. Downside - the house exterior looks boring.
