The bedroom available for rent is fully furnished, including mattress, and measures about 20m². 2 large bathrooms, one kitchen, one large terrace and one large garden for common use are included in the rent. The house is located in a beautiful neighbourhood of Deurne-Zuid, next to 2 parks, an open air swimming pool, and 2 tram stops. The tram takes you from the house to the city centre in 10 minutes and to Antwerpen-Berchem railway station in 5 minutes. By bicycle you would need to add 5 minutes.
