Student House

Student House is a majestic building from 1911 that is totally renovated to house 11 students in a cozy environment. We made it our mission to make your stay an unforgettable experience. A full-blown home theater with 110-inch screen and a PlayStation, a fully equipped social kitchen integrated in a former 100-year-old food shop, frequently cleaned modern bathrooms, washer and dryer, a bike room and of course powerful unlimited internet. This is not a massive student building but rather a boutique student house with the possibility to create a little family of friends. The room is absorbed in natural light, has all new stylish furniture and a sink with warm and cold water. The ‘Total per month’ rental price shown on this page is a fixed all-in amount including all costs. It includes water, electricity, heating, internet, insurance, cleaning communal areas and taxes. No extra costs. We’ll be happy to answer your questions and plan a visit. If you are abroad, we can also do a ‘video call’ tour through the house.
