Beste, Ik ben op zoek naar een studentenkot dat geschikt is voor twee personen (als studerend koppel), voor het academiejaar 2026–2027. Met veel interesse heb ik uw kot bekeken en we zijn hier erg enthousiast over. Mijn vriend en ik zullen in het academiejaar 2026–2027 beiden de master na master Notariaat volgen aan de KU Leuven. Graag hadden wij dan ook geïnformeerd of het kot nog beschikbaar is voor dat academiejaar. Daarnaast hadden wij nog enkele praktische vragen. - Is het correct dat de huurprijs €560 per maand bedraagt, alles inbegrepen? - Klopt het ook dat we niet verplicht zijn om ons domicilie op dit adres te vestigen? - Verder vroegen we ons af of de huurperiode flexibel kan worden afgesproken?
