Room for student

Hello there, I’m searching for a student to sublet my room, due to the end of my Erasmus experience (only 1st semester). As subletting is a right recognized for international students in such situations (check KU Leuven website for major details), we’ll proceed through another contract directly made from Stuvo Housing Service. The rent is 455€, of which 400€ namely for the room, €55 for the payment in advance of all the expenses (water - electricity - heating - internet subscription). Taken for granted that the electricity – gas meters will be recorded at the beginning – end of the staying, to let everyone legitimately pay its own expenses. The deposit is of one month as provided for the contract model mentioned before. The building is owned by private landlords and is composed of 3 floors, 13 rooms in total and a basement, the room at stake is at 3rd floor and comprises: bed, mattress, duvet and its cover, plant, desk, chair wardrobe, sink with hot water – cold water, stable and reliable internet connection, heater. Bathrooms (4 in total), kitchen (one at ground floor, but most of the other students’ rooms are equipped with their own) and showers (3 in total) are in common with other housemates (all students) at various floor. There’s also a communal bicycle “storage”. About location: really near to grocery stores (Delhaize and Carrefour real, not Express), Sportcentrum (Arenberg) and on the other hand to the center. The room will be available from the 2 of February.
