With Demer Upkot, we continue our Upkot story in Hasselt. 87 student rooms, 9 shared kitchens with a chillspot, a covered bicycle shed, a study café and a roof terrace. What more does a student need? The location of this project is right on target: in the Kapermolenpark, close to numerous campuses and the city centre of Hasselt.
