A very quietly located rooftop studio of 71 m² (loft-style) situated at both the front and back of the building on the fourth floor. The building houses 14 other students and is located directly across from the Leuven train station. A Carrefour Express is located on the ground floor. This residence has been awarded a “Green Kot” label.This bright and peaceful space with a beautiful white wooden floor includes the following: bed (without mattress, width 140cm x length 200cm), a large desk (no desk chair), a wardrobe, a bookshelf, a nightstand, internet (Wi-Fi), and a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, two electric hotplates, and an extractor hood. Additionally, there are two new air conditioning units that can both cool and heat the space.There is a bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilet is in a separate room. The windows offer a beautiful, unobstructed view over Leuven. You can fully darken the 3 Velux roof windows with electric roller shutters. You also can safely store your bicycle on the house’s terrace (first floor).The studio is rented out at a total monthly cost of €860. This includes a rent of €660 per month for the studio and furniture. The general costs of €200 per month cover water, heating, electricity, internet (Wi-Fi), and fire insurance (excluding the city tax for students). Cleaning and maintenance of the common areas are included in this price. Cleaning and maintenance of the studio itself are your own responsibility.The studio is only rented to students. It has a fire department permit which stipulates that the studio may be occupied by only one person. We rent for 12 months per academic year.
