We offer you a studio with basic furniture, equipped kitchenette with fridge and a private bathroom. The residence offers a large garden with barbecue area, excellent to spend your off days and free hours in the sun. Free WIFI is available in the whole residence! The studios are available for €794/month (3 months minimum) One-time costs: - €130 administrative fee - €1000 deposit** These costs need to be paid together with the first month rent upon reservation. ** Deposit will be returned at the end of the contract and after checking the energy counters. If there is any additional energy use, this will be deducted from the deposit. Upon arrival we will do an inventory of the furnished studio.
