Co-housen in een ruim appartement

We offer an unique opportunity to stay with 2 students in 1 apartment. Of course, each of you has a private room, but the kitchen and the bathroom are shared (only the two of you). The kitchen is very well equipped for breakfast, diner and super : fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, electrical range, utensils for everything (plates, cups, etc., cooking expedients, etc. ). You also have a table and chairs in the kitchen. The bathroom has a lavabo (warm + cold), toilet, shower, washing machine (!), hairdryer ... There also is a storage room and a place to stall a bike. The private rooms are room A: a complete attic of 7m x 4.5m, with much light (from above) and space. Huge sofa in front of a flatscreen (international channels), seating part (for study!), single bed. Room B is: 4m x 4m, with cosy bed, table, chair, big wardrobe. The rent is 362 euro p/p. Costs of water / gas / electricity are not included, everything else is included (internet, garbage service, TV connection). The ,project only goes when we have 2 candidates. You could be one of them!
