Roomy and peaceful private room with shared bathroom

A private room on the 3d floor, with 3 spaces: A bedroom, a small living room with a smart-tv and a bureau where you can work. In between, a microwave, a coffeemaker and a minifridge. You also have a private terrace right outside to chill on sunny days. The bathroom, kitchen and laundry room are shared with me. A fine location at only 15 minutes walk from the train station, and 10 minute walk from the main plaza.
