La chambre est disponible à partir du 10 septembre 2022 au 30 juin 2023. Je recherche un(e) colocataire entre 22 et 50 ans (Pas de couple), impérativement une personne très calme et très PROPRE (sans animaux, NON FUMEUR et pas de musicien car l'appartement ne s'y prête pas), ayant des connaissances en français. J'ai un appart avec deux chambres dont une que je mets en location à 500€ TCC (internet compris), elle est meublée, sur Saint Gilles (près du parvis). Transports en commun (bus, train, tram, métro), magasins, poste, parc de Forest, piscine, épiceries, bars et restos sympas à proximité! Me concernant; voilà déjà plusieurs années que je fais de la colocation, je suis propre et calme, ouvert d'esprit, j'aime rencontrer les gens tout en gardant mon intimité.
