Room with shared bath/shower and shared toilet

I am renting out my kot for the first semester because I am on Erasmus. This would be from September to January. July and August are also available if desired. There are 19 students in our building, the owner lives on the ground floor. My room is in the so-called annex, which is right next to the terrace and the kitchen. There I share a shower and a toilet with 2 others. Nice neighbourhood and nice, social housemates.
