Room from mid-June until mid-September.

I’m renting the place for the months from mid-June to mid-September. Next year, I will rent a studio and need to rent it starting from June this year, but I have a one-year contract for this studio. I’m currently paying €680, all included, but the price is negotiable. The room is split into two parts. (I put my closet, bedroom, fridge, and desk in one part and use the other part for sleeping.) These items of furniture will remain: desk, wardrobe, fridge. All the other items can be discussed. The big kitchen is shared. I personally never used it because I have a microwave.
