Je verblijft tussen belgische en internationale studenten die hier wonen voor lange en korte termijn en biedt gelegenheid tot leuke sociale contacten. De sfeer in het gebouw is rustig en gemoedelijk. Het gebouw is centraal gelegen in Leuven centrum, vlakbij universiteit en Gasthuisberg. Bushalte op het plein voor het gebouw naar Heverlee, station, gasthuisberg. Eénpersoonstudio’s volledig gemeubeld en uitgerust met beddegoed en keukenmateriaal. Elke studio beschikt over een eigen ijskast en microgolf. Privé badkamer met toilet, lavabo en douche. Bijkomende kost: éénmalige administratieve kost: 50€ Wij geven een eénmalige korting voor correcte betalers en bij vlotte verhuringvan 5€ per maand voor verblijven van langer dan 3 maand. Plaatsbescherijving via extern professioneel expert, zowel huurder als verhuurder betalen hun eigen aandeel. Variabele kosten: - Verwarming, electriciteit, water obv individueel verbruik als vastgesteld door Techem TSS. - Eindopkuis en wasserij indien van toepassing - Tweedeverblijfstax indien van toepassing De variabele kosten worden op het einde van de huurtermijn verrekend met de waarborg, waarba het resterende gedeelte wordt teruggestort. Additional costs: one-time administrative cost: €50 We give a one-time discount for correct payers and for smooth rental of €5 per month for stays longer than 3 months. Location description via external professional expert, both tenant and landlord pay their own share. Variable cost: - Heating, electricity, water based on individual consumption as determined by Techem TSS. - Final cleaning and laundry if applicable - Second residence tax if applicable The variable costs are deducted from the deposit at the end of the rental period, after which the remaining part is refunded.
