Nice room of 15 m2 in shared appartment

Hi, A room for rent in auderghem available from June 30th. Domiciliation is possible but it needs to be discussed. Looking for a flatmate that is between 20-30 My name is Katelijn. I’m half Ecuadorean half Belgian. I study sociology. I speak fluent Spanish, Dutch and English and can understand a bit of French. I’m a very social person but also very good at being alone. I sometimes take care of dogs. I’m quite adaptable. I’m a creative person so that quality would certainly be appreciated. I like to cook and bake. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with a lot of nature around but it also has good connections so you can be in the center in about 30 min. I’m looking preferably for a girl to share the space. I don’t mind a bit of mess but I would like to share the tasks equally and it to be a friendly and chill vibe. The room is 15sqm and it has a desk but no other furniture but if necessary I can find a bed frame. The vibe is warm, calm but social. It’s close to rood klooster, 10-15 minutes to arsenal, close to metro 5, bus 34, tram 8 and other buses from de lijn. All costs included (electricity, heating, internet, water, communal costs) The deposit is 1000€ The kitchen and bathroom are only shared with me The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is also a washer. There is an Aldi 5 minutes walk from here and a big Delhaize 10 minutes walking. Mooie kamer van 15m2. Kan bemeubeld of zonder meubels verhuurd worden. Toilet, badkamer en keuken worden gedeeld met twee personen. Openbaar vervoer vlakbij, goed bereikbaar. Rustige buurt.
