The Blue Room is about 22 m² Located at the South side, with view on the gardens & quiet inner spaces. There is central heating & WIFI troughout the house. There is plenty space to put a bycicle inside the premisses. You will share the batroom, kitchen & comunal spaces with the student of the Yellow Room. There are plenty shops within 30m & 500m from the house (Lidl, Aldi, Kruidvat, Action, ... ) "Thomas More University" is at less than 10 min. by bicycle. For forreign students, - as a service, we are keen to get you from the nearest station or airport (Charleroi, for a small travel fee). - do not overload yourself with pillows & covers, only if you want to sleep in your own sheets, you are welcome to bring them. Bare in mind, Belgium has not always the hottest of climates ;-) I am also living in the house, so if you have any questions, do not bother asking :-) ==================== De ''Blue Room'' is ca. 22 m² In het zuiden v/h pand, met zicht op de (achterliggende) tuin & rustige binnenplein. Er is centrale verwarming & WIFI doorheen het volledige pand. Er is binnenshuis voldoende ruimte voor fietsen. U zult de badkamer, de keuken en de gezamelijke ruimten delen met de student van de Yellow Room. Er zijn vele winkels in de buurt binnen een afstand van 30m & 500m v/h huis (Lidl, Aldi, Kruidvat, Action, ... ) "Thomas More University" is op slechts 10 min. fietsen Voor buitenlandse studenten, - als service, komen we u graag afhalen bij het dichtst bijzijnde station of luchthaven (Charleroi, tegen een kleine vergoeding). - overlaad je niet met kussens en/of dekens, enkel indien je in je eigen lakens wil slapen, mag je deze mee brengen.
