Each floor has a living area, kitchen and sanitary facilities (2 x shower, 2 x toilet). There is a common garden and covered bicycle shed, closed with an automatic gate with access code. The 4 types of room vary according to equipment. All rooms are equipped with a slatted bed base (90 by 200cm), desk, sink, a closet and a built-in refrigerator. Internet is included, in the rooms there are Ethernet ports but the student must provide or rent a modem through WiFibri. Currently a type C is becoming available (ground floor): basic equipment + private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a storage space. Rent: € 500,00 (incl. internet) General charges: € 70,00/month - flat rate for private use EGW (collective gas heating) + maintenance of common parts.
