Furnished and fully equipped residence I am usually staying in my apartment weekly only during 2 days. This is why I rent out a room to a kind and tidy roommate, non-smoker, who wants to study/live in a quiet and comfortable place. The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, pots, pans, utensils, all devices, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, towels,…). The spacious bathroom (bath + shower + furniture) is new. The apartment is on the 8th floor and offers a nice and panoramic view. The student’s room has direct access to a private terrace and contains a single bed (new mattress) + bedside cabinet, an office table + chair, book shelves, a huge wardrobe and a dining table + chair. There is a bicycle shelter on the ground floor. Public transport crossing the city center stops at the front door. Location : Ghent-South, close to the Sint-Pieters square. Rental price: 620 € all-in (internet, water, heating, electricity included).
