Waarschuwing!!! Ik, zoekende naar een kot, nam contact op met de eigenares. Ik vertelde haar de studio te willen huren voor het academiejaar 2024-2025. Al snel kreeg ik een reactie met daarin meer informatie betreffende de studio met daarbij wat extra foto's. Alles leek te voldoen aan mijn eisen, en stelde daarom enkele data voor met mogelijkheid tot bezichtiging. De eigenares vroeg vervolgens naar de periode waarin ik wenste te huren, in verband met de beschikbaarheid. Ondanks ik dit in een van de eerste mails reeds vermelde, herhaalde ik "academiejaar 2024-2025". De voordien vriendelijke verhuurster reageerde; "Ik vroeg in welke periode... niet hoe lang!" Ik schrok hier behoorlijk van en mailde terug dat het voor mij niet meer hoefde indien de communicatie op zo'n manier zou verlopen. Hierop kreeg ik, buiten mijn verwachtingen, toch nog een antwoord. Ik citeer: "Uw toon is niet aanvaardbaar! Zoek naar een ander huis! AF!" Ik besloot hier verder niet meer op in te gaan, maar wilde jullie als mede-kotzoeker wel waarschuwen.
