Modern apartment near Mont des Arts

The apartment is situated on the second floor of a historic building (ca. 1690), but was renovated under two years ago.   It has therefore a modern interior and high quality surfaces and appliances, e. g. the oven, refrigerator and dish washer in the kitchen. The same goes for the bathroom which is furnished with quality brands. The apartment consists of two rooms with parquet floor: the bedroom and the living room - the latter transitions into the kitchen around a corner. There is also a small balcony adjacent to the living room. The location of apartment is very central and well-connected: You can see the entrance to “Gare Centrale” from the front door. This means that you i) have quick access to metro line 1 & 5 (very helpful, if you work in the EU quarter as I did); ii) all the bus lines drive to “Gare Centrale”, no matter where you are in the city and at night as well; and iii) you can quickly take the train in- or outside of Belgium or to the airport. The windows and the balcony open to the patio - this means, that even though you are central (there are a lot of tourists and other sources of noise outside), it is super quiet. The windows are really new and besides keeping the noise outside also keep the heat inside, so you don’t habe to heat a lot. For security, there are two sturdy front doors secured by five cameras and your own door is also reinforced and very hard to forcefully open. The neigbours have different EU backgrounds and are pretty quiet.
