Hey everyone! I am sub-renting my room during the summer.  The room is located at the Belle-Vue park at Martelarenlaan on the 6th floor, only 12 minutes walk from the train station and city centre. The room is about 29 m2 large and has also balcony that offers a beautiful view of the city. It is fully furnished and has private shower, toilet, sink, fridge, chair and a double bed. There is a common kitchen with private lockable cupboards, and a communal room to relax. In addition there is a bicycle shed and laundry room. The building is new and furnished in modern fashion.
